rectangle as place holder

Help: I have serveral rectangles on my web page as place holders for html snippet. I have them placed exactly where I want them on the page. However in preview they are not in the spot I placed them. They are way at the bottom of page or off the page altogther. i checked the x y coordiates and they appear to be ok. Can anyone help me with this?

As to your place holder question, please attach your .web file to your next post so that we can see what's going on.
It is possible that the HTML code snippet you are using is causing this.
