I like the model alot, however, it reminds me more of acrylic than ice. I think something needs to be done in the material to give that "ice" feeling, but not sure what. Some bump might help, as you say. There is also some kind of weird straight vertical line showing up in the water that distracts the eye (it's towards the very bottom of the image).
Nice model though, I really like the details. Let's see some closer views.
