I am brand new to Xtreme 5. I want to edit my existing web site in Extreme 5. Any ideas as to how I can open my sire in xtreme 5?

You can import/cut and paste the graphics and text into Xara Xtreme and rebuild it but you cannot import or edit HTML using Xara, it is not an editor.

    Welcome to TG Gerry,

As mentioned above, Web Designer and Xtreme 5 are not HTML editors, they are HTML generators. So it's not possible to open and edit existing websites, not even those generated (exported/published) by Xtreme or web designer themselves.

Gerry, take it from someone who has migrated three different web sites over to Xara's tool: copying your old design over into the Xara environment is a snap. Once you get comfortable with the tool you can do a dozen-page site over in a day, especially if you're importing your existing graphics.

(Note copying your design, not the actual existing HTML. You still have to re-build the pages, but it's dead easy)
