? Intefrace to get user input ?

This may have already been asked, but since I don't know the technical jargon, I'll ask now.

I was wondering if an HTML Interface for a plugin for an application could be created with WDesigner?

An example is posted below. It would have to:

1- Allow the user to input values (which would be used by the plugin)

2- Be able to querey the user's registry for the location of the application's plugin directory (I am a guessing via a placeholder script) and then use that as the link to the HTML index file.

If either is possible could a very basic example be posted?
