    Default SPASMOIDS Record Poster

After helping my daughter with all of her end of marking period projects and tests, I was feeling a bit burnt out. So, after taking a much needed break and catching up on some of the sleep I lost, I decided it was time to jump back in the saddle and play around with XXP before my skills became too rusty. I didn't have any real goal in mind, so I just went with the 'flow'. As usual, this started out as something totally different, but, I like how it looked in the end.

The fruit of my labor was a poster for a (hopefully) fictitious band called the SPASMOIDS. With tunes like 'Havin' a Retro-Fit', 'Stop, Drop, & Soul', 'Tongue Whip-Lash', 'Carnival Craving', and 'Love Beats (Me)' there's no doubt in my mind that the group will be an overnight sensation. The album is to be released only on vinyl so be sure to pick one up in a record store near you, real soon (or not!).

    Real Groovy Like,
    Harry

Great poster. Fictitious or not, as a Luddite, I love that it’s only going to be released on vinyl.

Thumbs up Re: SPASMOIDS Record Poster

Nice effect on the grooves. It almost seems like there are grooves in that record.

Very colourful and creative Harry. I'll be looking for the record to add to my collection of vinyl.

Very nice! It reminds me of long ago days when my friends and I would go after school to the local record store and flip through large racks of vinyl LPs
