I think it´s a man being seen from top/right. In the first plane we can see his right shoulder (the yellow line follow his shoulder), then in second plane we have a grey hat, his face and at the bottom, the rest of the body (dark green area).

the lines are the hairs

the yellow line is an old piece of puke from last night's drinking

the grey is an old piece of cocaine that never made it all the way to my brain

I see what Miguel sees. A man with a helmet on his head. Another thing I see is a jelly fish diving within the corals

In fact I had just googled for some image and it led to this site which turned out to have some ecellent textures.

I downloaded one (attached below, the nautical term being 'a bunch of bastards') and just used it as a starting point for the imagination. Having turned it into a negative and rotated it 90 degrees, I saw the soldier, so I just emphasised it slightly.
