Sticky Footer and Dynamic Page with Php

Can these be used together on the same page? I am currently using php includes to scroll external html pages with css formatting - h1;h2's etc.
The user does not scroll the main page and lose sight of images and the footer. I do not want the visitor to lose sight of the footer. I would like to compare user acceptance of the 2 methods.

Also what about sticky footer, sticky header and dynamic page working together?

PS. SE's definitely read the content of php includes whereas they do not read i-frame information.
PPS. I am using h1's etc for ease of change mostly although the jury is out on search engine usage.

I think dynamic page tweak from my tweakset can work well with footer tweak(s) described in this thread: http://talkgraphics.com/showthread.php?t=43256
Anyway you can try and tell us if it does.

John - I tried but the dynamic page did not work. Attached is the modified .xar file.

Have you used the footer tweak from the tweakset?
I was talking about different footer tweak which I expect to work well with dynamic page tweak. And I have given you a link to the thread where I had provided that tweak. It is not included in the tweakset.
Please make sure you are using it.

John - I've struggled with this most of the day. I cannot see how to merge the footer tweak in the thread with the Dynamic Page tweak.
