Question Dividing a line into X equal parts

SketchUp has a nice feature where you can divide a line (straight or curved) into segments of equal size.

Today I needed to split a line into 8 sections. What method would you use to achieve this in Xara?

If the line is straight it is relatively easy to calculate 1/8th of the length, draw a line of this size and duplicate it.

If the line is a perfect arc, then division is again easy enough (see this thread).

But what about a more complex bezier curve?

A blend along a curve can be used. See attachments.
