Red face Website done with XX5Pro

    Hi there;

I just want to let you know that I created another site with XX5Pro. Although it is not already finished because the client has not given all the information there is everything that is needed in the design. Comments are welcome

    Hope you like it

    Thanks for reposting Lionel.
However I have moved the thread to the correct forum for posting Web Designer and Xtreme made sites for comment.

Nice design work - some thought has gone into it.

You still have a lot of PNG images that are helping to slow loading and would benefit from being translated to jpg. None of your images have the alternative text set.

I get the feeling that the page size is wrong - the layout is great for the front page, but on other pages you have logos spread all over imagery and you may wish to look over that.

Some people might find the repeating flash animation distracting.

Thanks Paul. I will take a look about your comments. regarding the Flash Animation I agree with you but the client wants it, not only this one he wants the photo galleries to be animated. I am working on it.

LOL, clients don't know what's good for them!

I think sometimes people think that having animation naturally improves a website, but often it makes it worse. There's a balance between making a website interesting and taking attention away from where the visitor should be looking.

I think animation of the photo galleries can work - unlike the logo it keeps interest in the correct place.

    Good luck.

    Hi,
If the client wishes the animation logo I would only loop it once maybe on initial entrance then have it static on linked pages, my personal oopinion.

I showed your messages to my client and at least he accepted to animate the logo at the entrance and leave it static after that. He asked me to fix it for the next update.

    Thanks

Yeah or slow it down a bit, because it is jumpy to my eyes.

    Hi Lionel!

This is a good website, I agree with Pauland about the page size, but overall really nice. As a designer myself I know only too well that customers can sometimes ruin some great ideas, but unfortunetly the customer is always right, all we can do is try and nudge them in the right direction.

    great work

    Kash
