Hey sledger can you explane stepbystep how do I make it? Do I need tweakset etc.?

Im trialing new Xara second time and im thinking to upgrade my old XaraX1 so im not very familiar yet with web stuff

Just download the attached .xar and study it.
The tweak used can be seen (and re used) in my file.
If you want to use your own background, replace the one I have have used.

Unclip the group and pay attention the the shadow on the bar.
