Reguest: Lock Page Size option

Have an option (check box) on the Page Size tab of Options to LOCK PAGE SIZE.

This would prevent accidental page resizing with the mouse and helpful for when designing templates for distribution.

Agreed. That would be helpful.

The ability to interactively resize the page is handy — on occasion — but I would prefer that I could turn it off by default. Most of the time I want the page size to remain undisturbed.
