favicon
good evening my friends...(hope you think so too) i'd like to put a favicon on the left side of the address bar of my site. I have the image to convert in icon, i know the free online source (www.favicon.com or www.favicon.cc) but i'd like to know where i must put the html code generated. is it sufficient to put in the first page of my site building an hidden shape as place holder or there's another way to achieve it? i've read about an <head> tag? is it necessary? and if yes could you explain me?
