New Computer - New Install XWD

I am setting up a new desktop. XWD won't let me register my copy...message states I have exceeded the alloted registrations. I have a support ticket pending. Is there anything I can do while waiting for Support to give me a solution? Designs Gallery is only in "preview" mode, and I can't upgrade to the new version.

(I don't think this matters, but the new machine is Win 7 Pro 64-bit.)

I was able to update one of my sites just now, but some things are locked and not available.

You will have to wait for Support to help you - we can't help you to circumvent licensing terms.
The EULA allows you to install a maximum 3 times (iow: 3 home computers). If you exceed this you may need to purchase another license unless the software is fully removed from the other PC's. However, Xara Support will advise you officially.
