I am designing calling cards on an A4 format containing a solid color linear gradient background.
    I use a photoshop design,TIF formated file.
    Insert into Corel Xara 2.
In copying the file from the left to the right column I get a higher saturation (darker)in the gradient color.
Has anybody else encountered this and what could be done about it.
Incidentelly, the same happens with a xara generated gradient rectangle.

    Thanks for any suggestions, Kurt

Is it Xara or could it be your monitor? Use a colour picker to test the bitmap on both sides of the screen. My BMP-2-ICO program and Ladislav Serédi's colour picker, available in the Shareware Xone, feature tools that will do the job.
