Nice work. The jump that occurs after the pause to display the photographer's name is a little disconcerting.

I recognize all the foods except the one in the attached image. May I ask what this may be?

I agree about the "jump". I tried cutting down the frame time but it didn't really help? Any ideas to fix that appreciated.

The pic is of a mozzarella stuffed tomato. Just clean out all the gel and seeds 1st. Then stuff with cheese and bake or grill until the tomato is soft and the cheese a little melted. A little basil added in there ain't half bad either

You could try copying the first frame to be the last frame and make it's display time 0. This should allow a smooth transition from the photographer acknowledgement and the first frame.
