XX5 pro site, problems viewing on Mac

I have made a Christmas calendar site for our newspaper. The idea is that each day you can open a video clip on a new layer.

On Windows it works OK, but on a Mac the layer opens OK but when you click on the play button the layer is closed!

The video clip is an embedded flash video, using a placeholder.

You can see the calendar here, http://www.abounderrattelser.fi/julkalendern/index.htm (only the first two or three balls are working at the moment, the rest are activated day by day)

Is it a Xara "feature" or is the video site (http://kanalen.fi/) that produces faulty code?

When you say on a Mac, do you mean the Safari browser?
I don't have Safari for Windows installed on this PC so can't test.

Running Safari on PC here, Video works but roll-overs on the Xmas decorations do not.

Sorry Paul, the morning coffee finally activated my brain cell..
Try using the Locking Popup Tweak, this will prevent the popups from closing when clicking anywhere after the popup opens and may solve it on the Mac browser.

I got it working - after watching the video :-)

So if anyone else reading this, here's the vital solution in a nutshell:

• Install the Tweak package!
• Drag the Locking popups tweak onto your document
• Follow the instructions
• Make sure the popup tweak group overlaps the page (or resize and hide it behind something on the page)! This I missed the first time!

I must admit I don't understand a word. But my three years old daughter enjoyed watching it a lot. Multiple times. In loops. Especially 4 and 7.
