I would have believed you if you said it was a picture, the thing that might give it away is the plain background. Maybe put in on a table or a desk for added realism.

Thanks a4hire and know1 for comments. Yes, I could have add a background, but it's not unusual to put a black or white background in advertising. An example is one of my last drawing "techincal drawing". This is called, if this make sense in english, "to block out": showing only the main object, that stood out against the uniform background (in photoshop this could be an alpha channel).
