Default Re: Exporting picture with edge

    Hi!

    I tried but no luck.
test1 - png from your xar file true colour with alpha
test2 - png from your xar file true colour no alpha
test3 - png from your xar file true colour with alpha
    test4 - jpg with 75% compression
    test - my xar file
test5 - my png export true colour with alpha

Is it possible, that the result depends on OS or maybe graphics card? I use WinXP SP3 and NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M on my laptop.

    Regards, Luka

Your image attachments look perfectly fine on my monitor.
So yes it could be any or or a combination of Graphics Card/Driver/Resolution setting/monitor connection and monitor panel.

Your .xar file exports as JPG or PNG absolutely for me.
    No white lines.

Please try printing one of your results.
You might find the line is not really there at all.

    Hi!

I tried something else instead of printing. I imported TG-test png file from before (which I did from your xar file) and put it over black background - no white lines!! Than I zoomed in and realised, that on the sides of exported image, squares are sharp, but on the place, where they are covered between, they are not sharp? I am sending you xar file, so you can check if you get the same result.

Anyway, I will try now to export background image and set it for background in my YT channel, than I see the result and inform you here about it.

    Regards, Luka

I set a png image made with xara for background in my twitter account (http://twitter.com/luka_mulej) and it works!!!

If I check exported image in my viewer, it still contains white lines on the sides, but set together in twitter, it looks fine.

Now I feel much more happy!

    Thanks a lot, Luka

Perhaps it's an issue of your viewer software then?

I agree with you. I tested with different viewers, but at the beginning 2 of my viewers showed white lines. Later I tested on more and realised, that viewer had problems.

Setting BG in my twitter was just for being sure, that is works as I wanted.

    Thanx, Luka

P.S.: I was using default winXP viewer.
