I think this belongs to Dear Xara forum.

Agreed John, I have moved the thread to the Dear Xara Web Designer forum.
ab29 may I ask why you would need an SVG import filter?
Very few programs support SVG. Adobe dropped support for that format in January 2009, no longer providing a plug-in to work with web browsers.
Inkscape supports SVG, I know but outside of a few Linux applications where would you use them?

This is very simple.
As Web Designer can export in SVG, i would be able to reimport it in the software for eventual modifications, if i use this format.
Why aren't you saving the native .web file for eventual modifications then??
You can re export as .svg at any time.
If I get the hint right, the next on the wishlist will be import of the HTML.
John.
