Auto-responder

Thanks In advance! I'm a newbe, but with Xara web designer I have created a great site ... BUT! I am trying to put my auto-responder "opt in form" into my pages and I'm required to do this through "Javascript" or "Raw HTML". I cannot find anywhere to accomplish this. I am on the verge of launching and have hit this wall. Can anybody help?
