Continuous Music

Is there a placement of the music .swf file that will allow the music to continue playing as the viewer navigates all pages or is a music file specific to each page and, therefore, starts over with each visit to that page?

The music file is specific to the page which calls it.

However you could create a large dimension <iframe to load the other the pages thus keeping index.htm (the one with the audio) open.

Be aware that many people really dislike unsolicited music playing when they visit a website, so you may drive people away with it

And I am one of those people that turn off unsolicited music. Hopefully the client will come to the same conclusion.

Just one old grumpy person. But I really hate landing on a site with loud music and/or some excessively cheerful voice.
