Unfortunately, there's no specific Flash Method to support jumping to a scene. I think you might be able to use the Tell Target methods to target the scene and do it that way, but I'm not sure. Alternately, the workaround is to set a variable as the frame to jump to and then have the Flash movie parse that variable and move accordingly.
I know, not optimal, but hopefully they'll provide better external control in future versions. In the meantime, here's a list of supported Flash Methods:
