And how do I get the Xara version of this program 'Page Curl'

Pat, AV Bros Page curl 2.0 is included with Xtreme 5 Pro and should show up in the live effects menu along with the 2.1 DEMO version.
At least that's what was installed with my Xara Xtreme 5 Pro CD version.
