    Hi Perseus,

It looks like a classic case of google's right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.

Often a good indication that an organization (corporation) has grown beyond manageability.

OK I guess I will have to hire someone to sort this all out for me.

In the meantime, would it be possible for me to upload just one page that amends the contact details page? I know this is not possible through WD, but could I make a new page, then somehow upload this to the correct url, replacing the current contact page, perhaps through filezilla?

Im not sure I understand what the problem is. Is it just your contact page ? The one I see now is not correct ?
You should easily be able to upload a new contact page with hurting anything else that was changed and I doubt that changing that page is going to affect your search engine placement.
I dont see anything in the source code that looks like it was changed for SEO.

Yes, the address and one of the phone numbers is incorrect on the contacts page. How would I change this without re-uploading the entire site?

If you did not want to upload the entire site you could just ammend/overwrite the 144.png file.

I'm sorry to be really thick, but how exactly do I do this? Do I need to create a copy of the png in Xara, as a new document, and then try and upload this using filezilla. Would it be possible for you to outline the steps I need to take to do this? Sorry to be a pain - I don't know about this stuff.

Grab 144.png from your site with ftp or copy/paste with your browser.

    Open it up in Xtreme/WD.

"Slice" out old data and make semi transparent.

    Over write with new data.

    Delete slice.

Group text with the remainder of original png.

Export to 144.png and over write 144.png on server using ftp.
(Make sure the size remains the same - 476x421)
