Bitmap view/movement issue

Hello,
opened the DesignerProX and wanted to work normally. Recognized that any bitmap I do import (neither via drag n`drop or via bitmap galerie ) I can no longer move or resize with in grapmode. Only using the arrow keys. Instead whenever I grap the bitmap with the mouse it shows view extract.
Mmmm, difficult to explain I guess.
In any case, I am sure there is something I made in the set-up and not generally wrong in the software.
But which "button" do I need to "turn" to get the original set-up back?

I will try it the next days, I am not at the laptop of concern right now.
But I quickly checked on my PC I sit in front of , which does not show the issue. But at least I thought with your info I could simulate the setting with release and lock the "nob".
But this did not show or simulate my issue.
Nevertheless, I will check on my laptop next.
I know it might be hard to understand for you or an external what my problem is, because I feel it is so difficult to explain.
Another option is to take time (sometimes) and put Laptop aside the PC and go thru any set-up and compare. Could be a nightmare-

you say you are in grapmode - is that the selector tool [the arrow icon] or another tool?

correct, I mean the mode with the arrow-icon as selector-tool.
As my software is German, I may not use the correct english terminology, sorry.

only to give a feedback:
I rebooted my laptop (means actually I closed it and opened the next day for other purposes).
Now, everything works fine again.
Formerly I did for sure close and reboot the XDP-X several times but could not fix the issue.
I also openen older files, knowing there wasn`t this issue, but experienced that the issue appeard on these sides now too.
This led me to the assumption that it must be a set-up issue which I may have changed by accident.
But when clsoing the Laptop and opened again the other day, all worked fine.

I really have no idea what happened and how it has been solved, but is fine for now.
