    Default .ico format?

    Hiya,

You know, it would be very cool to be able to save in .ico format (icon)!! Just thought I'd put that out there. I am running the buggy XXPro 5.1

Hi , That would be nice to do from Xtreme, I see a lot of people that use it to make icons. There are some free programs out there to convert your graphics to ico format.

Been brought up a number of times since the HTML filter.

Easiest solution is to design your icon in the stable Xtreme Pro 5 and copy then paste to the free IcoFX.

    Very neat workaround imho.

Richard, feature requests need to pe posted in the Dear Xara forum.

What I meant by buggy was that there are those messages I was complaining about when a grouped set of objects have a bevel applied to it and every motion of the cursor seems to bring up the warning. I was told this was a bug and it's fixed. If it's fixed and there is a stable version of XXPro available then I've not had XXPro tell me it's ready.

Yes, I just discovered IcoFX from Google earlier this evening, shortly after my post.

Sorry about the wrong forum. I don't come here much any more and things have changed quite a bit....

I just failed to see that the comment had any relevance to your suggestion of saving to .ico format.
