I have moved your thread to the correct forum. Please be careful where you post.

Websites created with Web Designer or Xara Xtreme are not dynamic, that is to say they do not use percent values to fill a web browser window whatever it's size.
Other visitors to your site may have larger or smaller web browser window space and will see your site with either more white space or with horizontal scroll bars.
