    Default Problems with upload

    Hi everybody

I have some problems with the first upload of my new homepage. The homepage was created with web designer. Using the internal upload function works without a problem. I checked every singel page in html on my HD with explorer and firefox....every thing ok. Checking the hostserver with filezilla..... result: the files are on the server (1. page called index.hml).
And now the problem: checking www.tzebrasjangeli.magix.net/website ..... nothing on the site an the online memory counter shows 0 kb too.

So my question is : what did i wrong an what can i do to fix the problem

    Thank you for all answers

    Welcome to the forums tzebra,

I don't really understand what you are saying to be honest.

The URL you give shows an intro page apparently created by MAGIX Website Maker.

Can you give us a better idea of the problem?

ok i´ll try to explain bettet:-)

I created my site with web designer and uploaded with the internat ftp system of web designer. But the page is not shown when i enter the URL.
So i checked with Filezilla if the files were uploaded or not. And in fact, the files are on the server (ftp.magix-online.com)
It semse to me like the is no like between files on the server and the URL.
I´m an absolt beginner in all this
I'm sure i made only a little mistake somewere but the question is where??

So i hope you can help me

It's very difficult to help you without more specific knowledge of your web hosting details.
But I will give it a try.

Open Web Properties and go to the Publish tab then make sure the FTP details you enter match the location of the URL you expect the files to publish to.

In this case, you have http://www.tzebrasjangeli.magix.net/website/ in your first post so the FTP address must also show the sub-folder /website/

Please see attached screenshot which shows this better.
