    Default FlipClock

Xara flexibility is great in software interface prototyping:

Default Why don't push Xara products to the developers comunity?

'user interface designers' are another niche (well a designer's sub-niche) where Xara make a difference:
the pixel precise export and flash support (pretty popular for software prototyping) are great

Quite simply, why should these of PS change where he has, nevertheless, everything what they need?
In addition, there barely seem to be people this want to do. I have provided myself approx. 1000 Themes for Sony Ericsson Handy's, including animated Standby-Screen. I have done this with PS and ImageReady, the most i make with PhotoImpact and GiF-Animator, CorelDraw and Corel Rave etc. With Xara Xtreme that would also go well very much, however, I have lost personally the desire to make Themes for Handys.

Welcome to TalkGraphics ciroip I like the first set of images better but they are both very nice.

Cmone, why do you think he did not use Xtreme? I don't understand your question. They look very much like they were done in Xtreme to me.

I wasn't just thinking about 'simple' theming , I was talking about prototyping for application where being able to fast apply changes following the developing requests is a big plus. The Xtreme export in slice feature (originally thinked for web design) is a really killer feature when you have to develop and interface set.
I have no intention to force anyone to change their preferences: just showing my experiments and hoping more people will begin to use better tools to have better quality around

    lol, HOW RUDE!!

the flickr resize alghorithm probably tricked you a bit ruining the quality of the precise xara export.
How ever I have to say you busted me: the captain in the corner (Silvio Berluconi) is not done in xara .
    Thank you for checking it

PS: the devices (a Nokia5800 and a Zune Hd are not made in xara either)

Thank you Burpee and gwpriester: I dig your style too

The first 2 and the 4th pic are actually an existing program: here a previous version clip where the use of a vector program style is more obvious.

No, it was not meant nastily, I only wanted to know like you have done in Xara and in wire one can recognize something.
Whether the Captain was not done with xara makes no difference to me.

But yes, Xara is good to make Interfaces, Buttons and so on.

Can you post the Link to the Community which makes Interfaces?
