    i've seen backround with multi color. light on top dark at the bottom.
    or multi striped. light blue on top,blue middle ,and dark blue bottom.

    this one has wood,and grass

    You can create a vertical tile like this.

    Then set the tile as the background as described previously..

    Hi
    If you mean what I think you mean, then select a background image, such as a texture and open it in Xtreme. Then select another image, say a drawing of a chicken (unlikely but you never know), and place in position over the texture. Make a bitmap copy of the texture and chicken and then go to the bitmap gallery where your new image will be and can be applied as a background
