    Default Organic Shapes Stereogram

The depth image is a blend of a spirally shape along a wobbly vertical path. This is something I need to spend more time exploring because it does in a way create a 3D modeled shape almost lathe like.

Kind of hard to see at this size but along the top I have extruded a spiral and rotated the extrusion.

    Hi Gary,
The image reminds me of a Fiddle-head ...both in nature and a violins.
    Nice work..

I like it. I find most interesting the spiral shape, hope I can figure out how to blend a shape like that.

    Info Re: Organic Shapes Stereogram

    Maybe this will help Larry.

Both spiral shapes have the same light to dark gradient fill and are blended along the red path.

Might be interesting to see what other kinds of shapes can be created with this method. Feel free to post in this thread as it is also a learning opportunity.

Gary I have been playing around with this all afternoon. these are the most interesting results I got. Maybe it's just me but I found the blend results mostly unpredictable. Most were blended to curve and sometimes rotated around curve which were really wild except for the tire.

A couple more, the first one blended to curve and rotated around curve. The initial curve done with freehand tool.

Another excellent stereogram Gary. Larry, very cool experimentation...you ended up with some good ones.

Great depth again with this one. Like the scroll line above it.
