Where are cliparts, fonts and book ?

Hello everybody.


I received the 5th version of Xara Xtreme 2 monthes ago now (but I am a long-time user of this software).

My question is very simple : I am asking myself where I could find :

- ... the cliparts, and especially the web ones ? There are a few that are downloaded online : are they the only cliparts given with the soft ? (There are really very few there...).
- ... the fonts ?
- ... a book. That could resume all the functions of the soft (as I received a simple box with 2 cds, but no more...). My X and X1's versions books are a little old now...

If you have the disk then you have the fonts, fills and clipart.
Just click on the Fonts Gallery icon in Xtreme to access the fonts which you can then select and install from within Xtreme as you need them.
In the same way you can find the clipart or fills by clicking on the clipart gallery icon or the fills gallery icon on the gallery toolbar. This is assuming you installed them when you installed the program initially.
Your Gallery Toolbar might be in a different place to mine, (most likely across the top).
Hope you find them OK.

Hello Masque,


When I click on the "T" button, I can get a very few fonts called "True Type Fonts" (15 or 17 ?). But the others (the "Installed fonts") were already on my computer.

Perhaps there are no new fonts on the 5th version (from the X1 I mean...).


For the templates, I have to click on "Design Galleries", and there, I can have only "Example templates" (drawing 1, 2, templates, web, flash and photos).
But I had the impression there where really more templates in this folders, especially in the Web Templates as I could see it on the video-demo of Xara Web Designer.

Perhaps the other templates have to be bought somewhere ?

I am uninstalling/installing the soft now and indeed it seems that on my first software-install, I didn't choose to download the cliparts. So of course I coudn't find them !

The printed user manual is included only with Xtreme Pro.
