Is this correct or should I start again

27 page web site I’ve removed all the pictures and saved the site to get the file size down

Just buttons links and text

I go to file open – click on the site – file name – open

The site opens quick to 99% then it slows down considerably adding colours to document……………..

Is this OK

This does not sound right.

How are you going to add the photos?

You probably need more RAM and/or more hard drive space if things are slowing down this much.

It might make more sense to design your site in smaller modules and then link to each module.

For example, say you have five buttons, and one of the buttons is About Us. Make About Us a separate web site. You would have a sub folder called about_us and in this folder an index page and the rest of your content.

So in essence you are making a series of smaller websites that link to one another. The website will be seamless to the visitor.

Now that will be great it’s a amateur photographic club I could build a website for each club member

How do I link the button to the sub folder and the index page in that folder
