Pop up window

I wonder if anyone could help me out with this small issue. I am trying to create a mission statement in text and would like it to show / pop up when clicked on. sort of like a picture but it's not :-(

does that make sense ?

any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty easy.
Create a popup layer and put your text area there (it's just a new layer, call it what you like) then create a link which opens the (named) layer on click.
