Plug-ins Xara v5.1

I found a Xara web page that discusses a number of Xara compatible plug-ins that ship with Xara but I can't find where they are in the program. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am using Xtreme v5.1.

The the Live Effects Tool is where the plug-ins reside. See attached image.

I just saw the notice in help. I wasn't expecting them to be in the photo editor.

I don't understand when you say "Photo Editor". The Photo Editor is the icon that looks like a camera. The Live Effects icon looks like an electrical plug.
