Disappearing print border and grabbing ruler

You Konica printers have multiple page size drawers, do they not? Have you configured the printer to default to a specific source drawer?

Also is the Konica configured that a specific drawer supplies a specific paper size?

The printer is not setup with any specific defaults other than 8 1/2 X 11 plain paper to be pulled from any drawer that has that available. I have 4 drawers and no matter what setting I use I can't get the red print outline or the grey shaded print area. What's strange is that when I had Pro4 this problem wasn't there. It only started when I installed 5?

Wow I think that was one of the longest time intervals between question and reply.

I'm unable to duplicate the problem with any of my systems running Xtreme Pro 5.
