Disappearing print border and grabbing ruler

I don't know what's up with the new pro5 rulers? I can't grab them after I have pulled them from the side and placed them.? I have to delete each, then grab a new one if I want to adjust? I know they are editable because I can delete them by right clicking for the option. Any suggestions?

Also, I can't generate print borders? I only get a yellow outline of the page. I have tried everything I can think of. Even the help tab says that there is a yellow page outline with an inner red print outline. But no show? Any suggestions?

Being unable to move a guide line indicates the Magnetic Snap Radii have become set to 0. Please see the attached image for the default settings.

What is the page size you are using? If it is smaller than your default printer's page size the red print outline may not display.

GREAT! Thank you sooo much! I can finally adjust my ruler lines.

On the print border issue; I have tried to use different page sizes but still cannot get the red inside line to display, just the yellow?

Do you have a printer configured for your system?

The red print outline does not show if you have a document only print driver like CutePDF or Microsoft XPS Document Writer configured as your default print device.

If you have a physical printer configured as your default device the physical printable area will be delineated by the red outline.

What is your printer type, brand, model? Please provide specific information.

Also please double check your printer configuration. I found out about the missing red outline when my default was set to the XPS writer rather than any of my physical hardware devices.

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro C6500 and a Konica Minolta Bizhub C650.
My defaults are to the 6500 but when set to the 650 I get the same result?
I am not set to XPS.
