Scrolling text creation

Hi,
I want to create a scrolling (moving upwards) text in a box (or in a frame) for many announcements. Is there any way to create this with XWD?

I tried the file, but it is not the one I asked for.
I will have, say, a post-it on my first web page. It will have a limited area and I want several items, notices and announcements etc. to be seen on this post-it in a scrolling manner. The first announcements will disappear by itself and a new one will appear on the bottom. And this will repeat continuously. There will be only three items of my 10-15 items on the post-it at a time.
