Embedded Flash is not supported for PDF

Greetings, I have a Xara built website to to test in PDF. I am Using Adobe reader 9.x

This is the XXP5 PDF Generation Warning:
Embedded Flash is not supported for PDF 1.4 so Flash will not be embeded.

PDF Export Options:
File Embedding (PDF 1.4 and Above only)
Document:

Embed Selected File = on (path to file selected)

1. What PDF version is XXP5 using?
2. How do I get the version that supports Flash?
3. Why is it not ready to go in Xara Xtreme Pro 5? (unless it is, and i missed it!)

Also for website testing (in PDF form) what checklist options are best?

File Embedding (.swf) = on
Exclude invisible Layers = ?

How do I export to PDF version 1.5 or higher?
