    Here's a clue

    Xara Xtreme offers the easiest way to create really efficient Flash animations.
    As to how? Well it's a good idea to start off with a few basic tutorials on using Flash in Xara Xtreme.

    The hardest part is creating the image.
    The (flash animation) colour change is the easy part. It involves having 3 identical images of the 'xara' in the 3 colours shown. The 3 [named] images are then [tweened].

    I am not sure I understand your query Egg but:
    'Image' as in vector with [named] colours.
    You can only [tween] bitmap colours from 'cool' to 'warm' using the [set photo temperature].
