    Default reflections and shadows

    Hi

couple of questions as to how to acheive a look.

The attached file is the start of a menu bar the green reversed text is suipposed to be a reflection but I feel that cranking up the transparency is not perhaps the best way to get the effect.

I also wanted to simulate the effect of a button down but again I think I'm on the wrong track with using the beval tool.

I've uploaded the xar instead of a jpg so that anyone can see what I've done

Could some one give some pointers?

    thanks

    Hi

how did you get the gradient? I've just tried but the gradient does not seem to effect the bevaL . I tried putting anothe rectangle over the button but that failed as well

    thanks

    Grouped all items(bevel,text,rectangle)
copied it and flipped, moved down and added linear transparency.
grouped all and moved to new popup layer
select in the object gallery the right items and changed their colors
have the mouseover tab in webproperties point at the pooplayer
