In the Web Properties under the Link Tab you have the options to "Open Link In" and there are Same Frame, Parent Frame, Same Window, New Window, and Not Specified.

How about opening in a new tab. I have put this into Not Specified and tried New Tab and just Tab. Both work great in Firefox but no luck with IE.

I think this would be a handy thing to add to your next release.

If it is already there and I am missing the point could you tell me how it's done.

Please make sure that you use meaningful titles to your threads.

Open link in: New window ( _blank) will open the link in a new tab provided your browser is set to open tabs from links with that attribute.
There is no html as far as I know to control this.
