Ron, it won't show on anyone elses PC unless they have Skype installed. You cannot stop other people installing Skype and having the addin which makes all text phone numbers on a page show that way. It's not under your control nor is your responsibility.

Ron - Suggestion:

When you are posting a client site on your server for the client's reveiw, you don't have to write over your existing site.

Create a new folder and put your client's website in this folder. For example, www.mywebsite.com/client-folder/

If your client's website has an index file, then it will open on that site with this link and you don't have to have your site off line.
