Most importantly import from SVG.
Really miss this in everyday work because I do alot of things in Inkscape, though export would also be great.
Yes I realize that it cannot export all features. But outlines and basic color info would be great.

From Inkscape you can export your work as PDF, Xtreme will import this (even retain editable transparencies).
Xtreme can already export as .svg (since version 3)
