Menu does not show on second page

I have created a menu and copied the menu on all pages of the website. Only on the homepage the menu is visible and works fine. I have also tried to create for each page a new menu, but alos that does not seems to work. I have checked the html coding on each page and it refers to the correct location of the js file. Any ideas?

I have built the website with MS Publisher.

Welcome to the Forums,

I have totally no knowledge of MS Publisher created websites except to say that MS html output from their Office applications is notoriously awful.
However if you are able to supply the URL to your misbehaving site perhaps we can take a peek and see what's happening.

Thanks for the quick response. The URL is http://www.bridgingnew.nl/ bit you have to add this to your host file as it is not yet public on the internet.

Adittional informatio, you will see to menubars, one self made in Publisher and one with Menu Maker on the homepage.
