There are many ways to do this in CS3, the way I do it is to have the two colours that you want to use in the Swatches palette. Then draw your shape, click on the Gradient Tool, Open the Gradient Palette which will use the last used palette, Then from the Swatches Palette drag down the two colours that you want to use on to the gradient bar, Then select Radial from the drop down menu Type, Then all you have to do is to adjust the angle of the gradient (select the gradient tool if it is not still selected and with the box also still active and in this case well away from the bottom left hand corner, drag you mouse upwards and towards the top right hand corner, then release the right hand mouse button when it looks right), You may have to adjust the colour sliders on the Gradient Palette to get the effect that you want.
