How to apply Style?

I see the option to create a style, but I don't see how to apply a style. I need to create several navigation bars,m and need to apply the style instead of setting up the colors from scratch for each one. Is there a way to name and save a style to apply it later? Or at least to save it in RAM memoiry and apply it immediately?
