I REALLY need your help....

..i just find a photoshop/tutorial for a 3d text and it says that i can use Xara3d to make my text (im so sorry for my english, i know its bad)! I make my text but i cant open it with photoshop The only document/type that i can save it, its just X3D..something! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

which is correct, you're saving the Xara3D file to it's native format. What you're really requesting is to EXPORT your file as a different file type (jpg, png, gif (static or fixed) or avi etc)

So a quick reply: Don't SAVE, EXPORT.
