BUG?-curved text issue

Hi,

I made a reply to the curved text thread found here http://talkgraphics.com/showpost.php...6&postcount=16
The object to which the text needs to curve to,
disappears from the object gallery and therefor not being selectable to edit its properties.
Though you can by ctrl+click.
