I need your help to find out this font so please help me out to get rid off this font issue i just need to know what this font is.

Try using www.whatthefont.com - You may need to get a clearer image for them to scan.

There must be thousands of serif fonts similar to this example, that with a bit of tweaking will get you something similar to what you want. But without a better quality image, whatthefont, as adejesus has said, will draw a blank.
I chose Angsana New an open type font which I altered by changing the tracking and stretching the font vertically. I then cloned it and gave it a slight white contour and placed it underneath and added a drop shadow.
Most of the letters are a pretty good likeness.

I just ran the font I tweaked and whatthefont came up with Excalibur EF Medium - my homemade version is cheaper, though!
